About Clarry Care

Supporting independence. Respecting individuality. Making a difference.

A person-centred disability and aged care organisation supporting people across New South Wales and Queensland to live with greater independence, dignity, confidence and choice.

Organisation Overview

Who we are and what we do.

Clarry Care Services is a person-centred disability and aged care organisation committed to supporting people to live with greater independence, dignity, confidence and choice.

We believe quality care is about more than providing assistance with everyday tasks. It is about understanding each person's circumstances, recognising their individual strengths, respecting their choices and providing support that genuinely makes a positive difference in their lives.

Our approach is built around meaningful relationships, consistent support and an understanding that every individual has different needs, goals and aspirations. We aim to create an environment where people feel heard, respected, safe and empowered to make decisions about their own lives.

We operate across Sydney and surrounding regions of New South Wales, and Brisbane and surrounding regions of Queensland. Our goal is to build a trusted organisation that delivers practical, reliable and personalised care while maintaining strong relationships with families, support networks and other professionals.

Our Mission

To provide reliable, compassionate and individualised support that enables people to maintain their independence, participate in their communities and enjoy a better quality of life.

We are committed to listening to the people we support, understanding what matters to them and delivering services that reflect their personal goals, preferences, culture and circumstances. We want every person who engages with Clarry Care to feel valued, supported and confident that their wellbeing is at the centre of everything we do.

Our Vision

To build a care organisation recognised for genuine relationships, dependable services and a strong commitment to improving the lives of people who need support.

We aspire to create a service where people are not defined by their age, disability or support requirements, but by their abilities, individuality and potential, and to contribute to stronger, more inclusive communities where everyone has the opportunity to live with dignity, choice and independence.

Our Experience & Management Background

Strong management, appropriate systems and genuine understanding

Clarry Care Services is built on practical management and operational experience, supported by an understanding of the responsibilities involved in disability and aged care service delivery.

Our management team's background includes business operations, workforce coordination, staff recruitment, service arrangements, participant support and the day-to-day operational requirements of care services. We understand that operating in these sectors takes more than providing workers. It requires strong management, appropriate systems, accountability and a genuine understanding of the people receiving support.

Our experience and operational focus include:

  • Understanding individual support needs and coordinating appropriate service arrangements
  • Staff recruitment, workforce coordination, suitability assessments and appropriate staff matching
  • Trauma-informed, respectful and culturally aware support
  • Safeguarding vulnerable individuals and recognising potential risks
  • Working with families, guardians, Support Coordinators and other professionals
  • Monitoring service delivery and maintaining appropriate documentation
  • Incident management, complaints handling and ongoing service improvement
  • Supporting people to maintain daily routines, independence and community connections

Our management philosophy is centred on being approachable, accountable and actively involved in maintaining service quality. Good management starts with understanding what happens on the ground, listening to staff and families, and making sure the people receiving support remain the priority. We are committed to ongoing learning, workforce development and services that reflect relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
